Apex is going global
After huge demand from the community, EA and Respawn finally revealed what they’ve been brewing up: meet ALGS, the Apex Legends Global Series. This marks the beginning of the long-awaited release of a brand new Apex competitive scene, right on time to challenge everything that has been done so far in other Battle Royale games, such as PUBG and Fortnite.
To sum it up, you will now have 4 different competitive tiers: Online, Challenger, Premier, and Major, all ranking under the Global Series tag. It’s a complete live and online events ecosystem where you start at the bottom Online tier and climb your way up to the upper tiers, if you and your team are good enough. Are you up to the challenge?
If you get through qualifiers, you will be eligible to compete in the final Championship, which is expected to kick-off by the end of next year and will crown the first ever Apex World Champion team! You can check out the full schedule below. Last but not least, they have announced that they will be giving out a pretty eye-catching prize pool of more than $3 million in 2020!
So, what are you waiting for?
